DECEMBER 23, 2011 –

As you know our board spent a lot of time evaluating RIS/PACS vendors prior
to choosing the Viztek system through Merry X-Ray and after our go-live last
week I can say it was time well spent and that we made a good decision. I
wear a lot of hats here, MRI tech, operations manager & pacs administrator
so I am very busy and was honestly not looking forward to a RIS/PACS
conversion.

The staff at Viztek and Merry X-ray did an outstanding job in making the
transition as easy as possible for me. Cliff and his crew were organized in
setting up the system and prompt in making changes on the fly while we were
testing. Mark was very patient and thorough in training our radiologists &
staff. He communicated constantly with Cliff any issues or problems that
arose and Ben was available to jump in and help in any way we needed. I
expected our go-live day to be chaotic but in fact with everyone working
together it was extremely smooth and we are a week into it without any
problems. I’m sure we will have some bumps here and there but I have to say
a big THANK YOU to everyone involved in the project especially to Cliff &
Mark.
