Viztek Secure Email Use

 

If this is the first time you have received a Secure Email from us:

 When you open your email, it will look like this:

After clicking on the message attachment, you will see this screen:

Because it is your first time receiving from our secure email, you will need to select “click here” in order to register your password with the system. This will take you to the screen below:

Here you will create their password for the system. You can use any password you like. The only restriction is it must be between 6 and 100 characters in length. Once created you will see the below:

After selecting “Return to Message” in the lower right hand corner:

You can then enter your new password and select “Remember Password”. This makes it so will no longer have to enter the password every time you receive an encrypted email on this particular computer. If you receive email on another system, you will have enter your password when opening a secure email on that system for the first time.

 

Once you have entered your password, you can now view the email.

You can either reply via your normal email interface or choose to reply via the Viztek Secure Email system. If you reply via the Secure Email system you will receive the following once the email has been sent:

 If you are a Gmail user – 

You must choose the “Download” option to open a secure message and then click to open the download. You can not use “View”.
