Position:

Requirements:
- Education: BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Support Operational DB requests.
- Experience working with SQL database management systems in database design, testing, implementation, maintenance and administration in a multiple platform environment.
- Experience supporting SQL server 2005 and 08 to include install, storage and maintenance capability.
- The ability and desire to automate all SQL server tasks where possible.
- Technical:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 including T-SQL, performance tuning.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, XML, and XSLT.
- Working knowledge of Web Services.
- Ability to write efficient MSSQL Stored Procedures in T-SQL and C# (CLR).
- Experience using version control (SVN) and reporting tools (RDL).
- Will be involved in the full Development Life Cycle to include testing (NUnit).

Job Title: Customer Service REP Location: GARNER, NC

Job Summary:
Provides support services to customers and implementation teams regarding end user applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides customer call center support services for on-going support of medical imaging applications.
- Supports customers and implementation teams with servers & PC setup, maintenance, & troubleshooting
- Performs data migrations and system upgrades as needed.
- Works directly with software development and field implementation teams for the testing, implementation, and support of medical imaging applications.
- Implements low maintenance, high reliability code to be used in a 24/7 environment.
- Works with peers in other groups to define hardware and software standards and explore new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and English language proficiency
- Prior experience required in call center or similar environment supporting customers and applications
- Prior experience with MS SQL preferred.
- Knowledge of C#. / HL-7 and the ASP.Net.
- Strong knowledge of MS Server setup and support
- Demonstrated understanding of how quality software is designed and constructed.
- .Must have a solid understanding of Internet standards
- Minimum of three years experience working in a team environment.
- Health Care industry experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus
