Viztek announces the deployment of a PACS at Clinic hospital Sveti Duh- Zagreb, Croatia. On July 10, 2012 the hospital successfully deployed The Viztek Opal Rad PACS for the Radiology Department. Prior to the installation of the new DICOM viewing software the CT and MRI images were being viewed on traditional film. Not only was this costly, time consuming, and not very efficient. Converting to a digital PACS archive has made the work much more efficient for physicians. This helps the Hospital provide much faster care to their patients. The Viztek family is excited to have such a fantastic customer in the heart of Zagreb.
